Return Process

• Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email at service@tqslfzey.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
• Package the Item: Securely package the item along with the original receipt and RMA.
• Unless the product has a quality issue or was sent incorrectly, customers must bear the return shipping costs.

Process

Once the original item's condition is confirmed as satisfactory, we will promptly arrange the exchange and notify you via email with the new tracking number.

Special Notes

• Unauthorized returns may result in delayed or denied refunds.
• If the product is returned due to a quality issue, upon verification, we will cover the round-trip shipping cost.
